story – Maharishi Veda Vyasa wrote a huge book like Mahabharata. There are one lakh verses in this book. It is said that everything in this world is in the Mahabharata. And, which is not in the Mahabharata, it is not even in the world.
Vyasji was saddened after the creation of Mahabharata. One day he was sitting sad in his ashram, when Devarshi Narada reached him. Nardamuni said, ‘What’s the matter, you look disappointed today?’
Vyasji said, ‘This is what I want to ask you. I have written a book like Mahabharata. There should be peace of mind after such creation, but my mind is disturbed. You tell me, why?
Nardamuni said, ‘This was bound to happen. There is a brother-brother fight in the book you have written. There is war, there is genocide. There is disturbance. There are notoriety. What education will you get after reading such a book? You write a book whose heroes are divine, whose activities are conveying messages, which have positive thinking. ‘
After this Vyasji composed the Srimad Bhagavata Purana. Every chapter of this book, at the end of the episode, has messages of life management. That is why it is said that one gets peace after reading Bhagwat.
Learning The lesson of this topic is that we should start any work with God in mind. Peace must be found at the end of work. While working, keep the divine in the center. Maintain positive thinking. Avoid negativity and bad people. Keep in mind, good works bring peace and bad works bring sorrow.
