The price of Sudha milk sold under the banner of Bihar State Milk Operative Federation Limited has increased. The new rate has been implemented from 6 February. After this, the lowest rate of Sudha milk in Ranchi, Sudha Healthy will now be available for Rs 43 a liter and half a liter for Rs 22. Earlier it used to get half a liter for 21 rupees.
Its order has been sent to the chief executive of the company with about 150 parlors operators operating in Ranchi. One of these told that earlier in March last year, the prices of Sudha’s milk were increased. Now this has been increased for the second time in 11 months.
The new rate was released by the management on 5 February itself.
Reasons are giving to the demand of cowherds
The parlor operators said that they have not been informed yet what is the main reason for the rise in milk prices. The main reason for this is being told by the management to the demand of the farmer. Accordingly, there has been an increase in milk prices from the cowherds. This is the reason that the price has also been increased by the company. However, apart from milk, there has been no increase in the prices of curd, lassi, matha, flavored milk, tetra pack milk, honey and animal feed.
